Glitch Tie | Personal Project

This passion project was born out of research into "glitch art". I started with a photo of myself with friends, then looking at the code, I dissembled, destroyed and shuffled sections around, messing with the jpeg code. The final product was a highly distorted jpeg, which I then commissioned to have the pattern turned into a textile, then eventually a tie.
